We do not normally accept vehicles, go-karts, large furniture, general apparel, low-value household goods or oversized items without prior approval.

- Transparent accounting: your portal records the sale channel, selling price, applicable marketplace or auction fees, approved expenses, commission, adjustments and your resulting payout.
- Returns handled fairly: if a buyer returns an item, the reversal hits both sides of the ledger — we give back our commission too.
- Your commission structure is disclosed and agreed to before intake. It may vary by category, service, auction, liquidation project or marketing package.
- Every number visible: sale, shipping, fees, commission, adjustments, payout. Your ledger shows the math, to the cent.

How do I start?
Create an account and tell us what you'd like to consign. We'll confirm your intake, and once your items arrive they show up in your portal with their own lot numbers.
Who sets the prices?
We research and propose pricing based on what comparable items actually sell for. For auction lots, the market sets the final number — and you can set a reserve on items that warrant one.
When do I get paid?
Your share posts to your ledger when a sale clears. Online marketplace sales and auction invoices are tracked as separate payout lines, so you always see exactly which sale produced which dollar.
What if an item doesn't sell?
We'll talk options: re-price, move it to auction, or return it to you. Nothing happens to your items without it showing on your portal.
What about returns?
We handle the buyer side completely. If a return is accepted, the ledger reverses cleanly — your payout and our commission both — and the item goes back into your active inventory.
